This event brings together top-tier executives and industry pioneers to network, share insights, and honor the best-of-the-best among CEOs and business leaders.

How was Joseph Hurley nominated?

This nomination comes from interactions Joseph has made in the State of California and for his tireless work during COVID-19 and other projects where he interacted with key leadership including Hospital CEO, COO, and Business Development. Keynotes for nomination include in 2020-2022, Joseph Hurley worked tirelessly to avoid a company shutdown and prioritized the needs of the clinic to avoid layoffs.  He put much energy into personally leading the charge to offer the highest level of care to patients without impacting the quality of care.  He worked hard to protect his staff from COVID-19.  AVORS partnered with the City of Lancaster and Palmdale to be a COVID-19 testing site and not have a single lost test. The entire staff of AVORS, Embassy Surgery, and Familyfirst put themselves in the front lines to make sure patients were property diagnosed, treated, and not left alone.  He worked hard to make sure that AVORS was able to help as a many patients as possible.  He quotes that "I was given the best crew in my history who all share a passion for service.  We have a slogan of "AVORS Strong" and each company provided we have the hardest working staff in the private practice".  Joseph also has shown integrity and honesty towards employees, staff, and leadership in the State of California.   His work ethic shows us he cares for the patients, staff, and community.  This does not just happen overnight but is a history of his work and personal ethics.

How will we know if he wins?

We hope to post later on his win and that he will be published in 2024.
